About Us
Our Goals
Our main concept is to make renewable energy available 24 hours a day to households, industries and whole other sectors – a project that can be developed anywhere. Unlike fossil fuels, energy sources like the sun sends no invoices and does not need any transports.
We approach this work with a positive attitude and take on any challenge, applying skill and experience for quality, while also seeking creativity and innovative solutions.
And as a result of this hard work we create value. This process involves creating customer relationships, supplying materials, promoting the business, and of course producing the final product. By doing so, we can have a positive impact on the world, both socially and economically by creating jobs for the everyday worker, suppliers, business partners, and other business sectors.
The Customer's Experience
Being active in an industry that has many facets and complexities, it’s of utmost importance that our customers have access to assistance and advice every step of the way, which we offer through our customer service.
Once we reach the final step, our customers will be pleased to see that our products and services are designed with that high Swedish quality.

Employee Development
With health and safety as part of our company’s core ideals, we foster a thriving community of employees who have the best opportunities to both take care of each other and themselves.
Part of our winning strategy is to help our employees evolve along with the company as the market changes. As they obtain new skills and knowledge via ongoing training they become all the more suited to continue leading the company into a bright and profitable future.
We offer opportunities for education in solar energy, and exchange students can do degree work in collaboration with us. Newcomers can for example practice installing solarpanels and gather experience at a test/training center that we share with Swemodule’s educational departments.
Partnerships
RESSAB and Swemodule work closely with GlavaEnergy Center, which has its offices in Swemodule’s factory.
We also work closely with Karlstad University’s various professors regarding the development of renewable energy and its related fields.
