Hydrogen Solutions

A future with a
negative carbon footprint

The Cleanest

RESSAB can offer hydrogen solutions for the transport sector, providing energy storage. We convert hydrogen into electricity through fuel cells, and in the electrolysis process, we get 50% oxygen for every m3 of Hydrogen, which in turn can be sold on in 200 bar cylinders.

Off Grid

Hydrogen never expires, and hydrogen is piped to a fuel cell for creating electricity and heat. Water that was split for storing of hydrogen is restored at the same time as electricity is delivered by the fuel cell. In a way, this has a negative footprint as the water is cleaner than when it entered the electrolyzer.

Renewable

Hydrogen technology is the solution for intermediate storage of surplus energy from renewable solar power, to ensure stable delivery of electricity 24/7. Renewable hydrogen plants can also be installed fully or partly off grid.

Hydrogen Vehicles

Almost all car manufacturers today produce vehicles with electric engines, while hydrogen-fueled vehicles are far fewer in particular, because H2 station infrastructure remains expensive for now. But among leading manufacturers of H2 vehicles we still see such grand names like Hyundai, Renault, Toyota, Honda, van Hool and Nicola One.

Hydrogen can power trucks, buses, even drones and other less conventional types of vehicles. Turnkey ready hydrogen filling stations are available.
